Special rates are not offered automatically.  In order to receive any special rate, the special must be offered and the special must be requested at the time the reservation is made and special must be stated on the guest’s conformation form.

10.3% tax added to all rates.

Deposits and Refunds
Reserving a unit requires a deposit and the signing of a rental agreement.

Cash, checks and Credit Cards accepted.

All deposits include a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee.
($100 non-refundable during the shoulder season)

No deposit refunds on cancellations made less than two (2) months prior to arrival unless full reserved time is rented by another party.

Late arrivals and/or early departures must pay for full reserved time.

Please read rental agreement concerning smoke related cancellations.

Moorage – Prime Summer and Early Late summer. $20 per night slip.  $15 per night outside dock or buoy. Spring and Fall Moorage - $10 per night
(All moorage includes trailer storage and launching)
